Outro dia em uma reunião entre o marketing e o comercial, estávamos discutindo como tornar nossa venda mais ágil e eficiente. Enquanto conversávamos, eu observava um dos vendedores usando seu tablet pessoal para enviar a um de seus clientes um documento que estava pendente. Em poucos segundos ele cumpriu com o que havia prometido ao cliente, sem precisar sequer sair do lugar. Aquilo me chamou a atenção e resolvi levar o assunto mais a fundo.Todos sabemos que uma boa apresentação abre portas… Sabemos também que hoje a tecnologia faz parte de nossas vidas.  Então, que tal utilizar a tecnologia não só para agilizar processos mas também para nos apresentarmos aos nossos clientes causando assim uma boa primeira impressão?Os tablets, dispositivos pessoais em formato de prancheta que podem ser usados para acesso à Internet, visualizar fotos e vídeos, apresentam uma tela touchscreen que é o dispositivo de entrada principal. A ponta dos dedos ou uma caneta aciona suas funcionalidades.

Baseado nessas informações resolvi então propor que cada consultor do setor comercial leve um tablet no momento da venda para demonstrar ao cliente a empresa (site, blog, fotos, vídeos) e a tabela de preços. Assim, o material promocional estaria sempre atualizado e a visualização seria muito mais ampla e persuasiva além de dar mais força à marca. Afinal, já se foi a época em que vendedores chegavam até os clientes com catálogos debaixo do braço!

O projeto ainda está em fase de aprovação, mas já podemos nos basear em empresas de grande porte como a Di Valentini (calçados) que comprou 16 tablets para sua equipe de vendas e já sentiu o resultado positivo do investimento: aumento da receita em 18%. A Di Valentini não é a única a se aproveitar dos recursos oferecidos pelo aparelho no dia a dia dos negócios, outras empresas também já utilizam essa ferramenta.

    >Isso que eu chamo de visao de mercado! TI ja deixou de ser uma area independente faz tempo, ela tem que estar em sintonia com todas as areas da empresa.
    Muito interessante essa sugestao, concordo contigo que ja nao faz mais sentido o comercial se apresentar com catalogos… Vou sugerir isso na empresa onde trabalho. Ainda mais por se tratar de uma empresa ligada a tecnologia, tem tudo haver!

    >Sim, visão de mercado e fazer da tecnologia um meio de captação e sucesso. O problema é que, infelizmente, muitas empresas não possuem este tipo de visão. Afinal, mais gastos? Ainda tem-se um longo caminho até chegar lá, mas nada como o poder de convencimento do gestor da área para com a diretoria para conseguir este pequeno grande "mimo".

    >Muito bom seu post Catarina! E bem atual. Muitas empresas já adotaram o uso de tablets nas suas operações comerciais. Em especial as indústrias, como a farmacêutica e a de bebidas. Outras ainda estão começando a trilhar esse caminho. Uma das grandes barreiras é a questão da segurança. As empresas temem que, ao ter acesso aos sistemas corporativos e outras informações através do tablet, os colaboradores vulnerabilizem esses dados. Mas para isso tem solução. São os softwares de gestão chamados de MDM ou Mobile Device Management (é a área da empresa que trabalho – Mobiltec). Isso aí. O futuro chegou. Quem se adiantar sai com vantagem.
